We ship our domestic orders via USPS. Rush delivery available.  Contact us for charges.
Shipping charges are as follows:

If your item is in stock it will be shipped right away. If your item is out of stock it will be shipped in 1-3 weeks from date of purchase.

Pure EnV will ship international. Please contact us at jenna@pureenv.com to make arrangements.

*PRODUCT INFO*

All of our bags and accessories are manufactured by hand in beautiful Portland Oregon. Materials for each handbag are carefully selected and hand-cut. Slight differences in color, shape, or texture are normal and should not be considered as a fault.

*PAYMENT*

Dollar amounts quoted are in US currency. We prefer payments through PayPal, as it is secure and an easy form of payment. Through PayPal, you can pay for your item(s) with your debit or credit card, eCheck, or funds you may have stored in your PayPal account. Simply place your order using the shopping cart and you may proceed with PayPal payment options and check out. If you would prefer to pay us directly with a cashier’s check or personal check (domestic only),  your items will be placed on hold, and shipped as soon as the funds have cleared.  Please send your check to 420 NW 11th Ave #907, Portland Or 97209. Pure EnV does not charge sales tax.

*RETURNS*

It is important to us that you are totally satisfied with your Pure enV purchase. All merchandise is returnable for store credit as long as it is unused and undamaged. Pure EnV reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item(s) does not comply with this policy.  Unfortunately custom bags or wholesale orders are not returnable.
Unless we sent you a damaged bag or an incorrect order, shipping charges are non-refundable. In order to return your item(s) please follow these steps:

1.      Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number via email within 5 days of receipt of your order. Once you receive this number you have an additional 5 days to return the item(s).
2.      Ship item(s) in pre-paid packaging back to Pure EnV. You must include all items received as well as the original packing slip.
3.      A refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase will be issued within 30 days of receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or shipping error on our part.

Sale items and orders purchased or shipped outside the United States and Canada are FINAL SALE. Pure EnV reserves the right to decline a refund.

*PRIVACY POLICY*

Pure EnV is conscious about your personal privacy and the security of your information. We make every effort to insure the safest possible shopping experience. We do not sell or trade information to other companies or services. If you have concerns or issues with privacy or security please feel free to send Customer Service a message.

*WARRANTY*

Pure EnV stands behind each of its products. We will gladly handle any repairs that are the result of a manufacturing defect at no charge for one year from the date that you receive your product. Unfortunately, this does not cover damage that was the result of misuse. We apologize, but shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please ship the item to our repairs department using insured, traceable mail (this service is offered by Fed Ex, UPS, USPS, and other carriers). Please include a note with your name, return address, daytime phone number, and a copy of your sales receipt. Please direct questions regarding the warranty or where to ship your item for repair to Customer Service.

*CARE*

Leather- All leather items produced by Pure EnV are made with high quality leather. To keep them looking shiny and new, treat regularly with leather conditioner and weatherproof protection. Suede and Ultra Suede – Clean by brushing lightly with a medium-bristle suede brush.  To remove stains from ultra suede apply a mild detergent and water.  Rub, rinse and lay flat to dry.  Contact a cleaning professional to clean suede.
